Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Tier Quest app and the Tier Quest website at tierquest.app. It explains what data is stored locally in the app, what analytics data may be processed, and how that data is used.

Data you enter in the app

Tier Quest may store information you enter into the app, such as point balances, qualification details, forecasts, notes, and preferences. That product data is stored locally on your device.

App storage

The core tracking data you enter into Tier Quest is not sold or shared with advertisers. You can clear your data inside the app at any time or remove it by deleting the app.

Analytics

Tier Quest uses the privacy-focused analytics service TelemetryDeck (TelemetryDeck GmbH, Von-der-Tann-Str. 54, 86159 Augsburg, Germany) to understand how the website and app are used. This helps us measure page traffic, feature usage, and general product behavior without building advertising profiles about individual users. When you visit the website, TelemetryDeck may process page view data such as the page URL, referrer, locale, country, browser, operating system, and campaign parameters. The website integration is cookieless and is used to understand which pages are visited and how people find the site.

For app analytics, TelemetryDeck may process an anonymized, non-identifying installation identifier, app-defined events such as screen views or feature actions, a timestamp rounded to the hour, device and app metadata such as app version or system version, and limited extra metadata needed to understand aggregate usage. The analytics data is separate from the personal tracking data you enter into the app.

Purchases

Tier Quest may offer purchases or subscriptions through the App Store. Billing is handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
